Sam Weber is an amazing illustrator, and should possibly be classified more as a painter. His work has this great sense of textures and colors.

Most of Sam's work is ink, water colour, and acrylic, which he then scans and finished in photoshop. He often works in black and white, and then adds all of the colour digitally. And yet his work still retains that hand crafted component.
